Can you vote on March 3?

The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, February 25. Click on READ MORE to see the links in this article.

You can check your registration here or by calling 1-866-430-868 toll free. If you need to register, click here to request a voter registration form or print one from the web. Mailed forms must be postmarked by February 18.

The Registrar of Voters strongly encourages all voters to become vote-by-mail voters, and the majority of voters already are.

Vote-by-mail voters can drop their postage-paid mail-in ballot at any postal collection box, or dropped off at any polling place in Santa Clara County on election day. All valid ballots will be counted if postmarked on or before Election Day.

The election is not certified until all votes are counted, so there’s no need to vote early. You can see the vote-counting procedure here.
